Animal.
Interviewer:
Absolutely.
Lainey:
But we were kicking a ball about and I took it off her. I was two, she was four, ken what I mean? And, um, so she pushed us over it and I just went-- Mum was greeting and athing because she just got a new pink carpet laid for that day and it was ruined. I came through-- my mum was like "you walked in the front of the door and your head was just, like--" She was like "I just got up and ran straight past you and was like "that carpet." She was like "your auntie picked you up and was like "are you alright?" and I just ran straight for the carpet."
Interviewer:
That is so not what I was expecting you to say there.
Lainey:
I was like "nay bother, mum." She was like "took me weeks to get that stain oot." I was like-- Such a jake, man. My granddad was so funny, mum was raging at him. I was, like, two so he took us up to hospital I had to sit, get a stitch and I was screaming and my mum was-- I think I was just turned two. Mum was like-- I had a wee white baby grow on, like, just, like, dotting about, like, a one-- a one suit or whatever they're called.

Lainey:
And then my mum was like "it's covered in blood" and then was like "go to your granddad" like "go and get her, like, a wee sweetie or something, like, to distract her 'til they stitch her." My granddad came back with-- see, like, one Snickers bar like that size and a pure can of coke. And my mum was like-- she was like "you literally just went "whoomf" and grabbed it and we were like-- you sat so still munching away on your Snickers and drinking all your coke."
